Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Standard shipping takes 10–14 business days for your LED sign delivery. For expedited shipping, the overall delivery time is 7–10 business days, including production and delivery. Please contact us for detailed expedited service fees.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

✅ Note: Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Tracking information will become active within 24 hours.

Return & Refund

NeonBend provides a 1:1 product replacement for items with manufacturing defects. We review all return requests and make final decisions based on the cause of the issue.

All our LED signs are custom-made according to individual customer specifications. Therefore, all orders are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has commenced.
